1. What materials are your products made of?
All our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel that is tarnish-free, water-resistant, and suitable for everyday wear.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most areas in Egypt.
3. When will my order arrive?
Orders usually take 2–5 business days depending on your location.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp message with your tracking link.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
6. What if my item arrived damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it for free.
7. Do you offer gifts or gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer premium packaging, and we can also send a personalized gift message upon request.
