Delivery Time

We deliver across all areas in Egypt through our trusted shipping partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alex & Delta: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will appear at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will prepare it within 24 hours and hand it over to the courier. You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp message with your tracking link once the package is on its way.

Cash on Delivery

We support Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Egypt.

Please make sure to provide an active phone number so the courier can reach you.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any jewelry items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will replace the item free of charge.

To process the replacement, please send us:

  • A clear photo/video of the damaged item

  • Your order number

  • Your name and phone number

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 hour from placing it.

After that, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipping.
